RETURN & REFUND POLICY

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days with no processing fees. Please note that items must be returned to our office within 30 days to be eligible for a refund to the original payment source. Please be aware that the portion of shipping costs already incurred is non-refundable. Additionally, modified stainless steel straps or creased leather straps cannot be resold; therefore, the strap cost will be deducted from the refund amount.

We only accept returns for items bought directly from Archielux.

Returned items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition. The product should have its original packaging, protective coverings, and product information. Shipping costs for returned items are not refundable.

Returns with stains, damage, or alterations will not be accepted and may be returned to the customer.

Returns received more than 30 days after the original receipt may be considered for store credit at the discretion of Archielux.

Please note: We do not accept returns due to finding a similar item at a lower price elsewhere.

Returned gift items will be handled on a case-by-case basis.


WRONG, DAMAGED, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If there's an issue with the product due to defects in materials or craftsmanship, please promptly contact support@archielux.com so we can arrange a replacement.

If you receive the wrong item, we’ll replace it with the correct one at no additional shipping cost to you.

For visually apparent appearance issues, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item for confirmation. Include photo or video evidence of the problem in the email.

For functional issues that become apparent after use, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Provide a 1-2 minute video demonstrating the problem in the email.

All claims, whether for wrong, damaged, or defective items, must include photos and an unboxing video as proof to be eligible for replacement or refund.

Failure to send your problem notification within the specified time frame implies agreement that the received products are free from quality issues.


HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Simply email our customer support at support@archielux.com, and we'll guide you through the process.

Upon receiving your return, we aim to process it promptly, though this might take up to seven days. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process and appear on bank or credit card statements.

Items needing repair may take up to four weeks for processing but are typically faster.
